Return Policy

Window. Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Not returnable. Opened memory cards and other recorded media, software licences, and items marked non-returnable on the product page.

Damaged or wrong item. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and the item. We arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds. Once the returned item passes inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. To start a return, email customercare@gadgetspro.in with your order number.
