Gadgets Pro Return or Replacement Policy

GadgetsPro only accepts returns or replacement made within the first 10 days from delivery.
General Returns Policy
Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received the
product in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or
different from their description on the product detail page.
Return Process:
If you would like to return a product, it is required to contact us as soon as possible at +91-
9625453288 or email us to customercare@gadgetspro.in within 10 days of the delivery of your
order.
Return will be processed only if:

  • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
  • The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  • Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
  • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  • Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.
  • If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you.
  • All items purchased through a sale or store promo are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Please pack the product properly, as it was delivered to you, so that there is no damage or dents during return shipment process.

The refund will be initiated only after the package has been received back at our store at New Delhi.
The refund amount will be transferred, as per banking and payment gateway norms, within seven
business days of the receipt of the returned shipment at our store.
